Our Current Events & Workshops

Wednesday, July 22nd, 2026

Time: 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm Pacific Time

Location: Zoom Online Platform

Caring for someone living with dementia can be deeply meaningful—but it can also be emotionally and physically demanding.

Join us for Breathe, Reflect, Reconnect: Self-Care for Family and Professional Caregivers, a one-hour interactive Zoom workshop designed to support those who spend so much of their

time caring for others.

Together, we’ll explore practical self-care strategies, recognize signs of stress and burnout, participate in a guided breathing exercise, and discover ways to reconnect with ourselves and our sources of support.

Take an hour for yourself. You deserve it!

Feel free to share this with others.
