If you are an employer who is seeking the name of someone who has claimed to be a CDCP Graduate and whose name is not on this list, please contact us at DementiaCareAcademy@DementiaSolutions.ca. “Certificate Expired” means that the graduate has not yet renewed their annual membership by taking the Annual Case Study Assessment to ensure they are still relevant.
