Welcome back to complete your Year 1 CDCP™ Renewal Case Study!
In order to obtain your CDCP™ Designation (to remain a member in good standing) and remain in the CDCP™ Community for another year, you will need to complete our Year 1 Renewal Case Study.
You will have no troubles answering the questions…especially if over the past 12 months you have been practicing using the person-centred care techniques and the approached that were shared in the CDCP™ Program. Feel free to review your worksheets to help support you with any of the questions.
Once you have successfully answered all 12 questions (75% pass) by choosing the answers that would best support the person affected by dementia in this Case Study, you will then be asked to agree to the CDCP Code of Ethics once again.
Once the above has been done, your CDCP certificate will be available for you to download to save and/or print. You will then have access to refresh your dementia care skills by reviewing any of the courses/lessons in the Dementia Care Academy for the next 12 months.
