This 60-minute session is for ideally for those we already have spoken to in the past and who have lots of changes going on and could use someone to talk with as well as some recommendations for their current situation.
Our Dementia Care Advisors will include some educational information about dementia; creative strategies you can use such as what to do or say; suggestions on next steps; as well as referrals to other organizations that may also be able to support you at this time.
This session is also good for deciding when is it time to make a move to a new level of care.

Our Dementia Care Advisors will answer your questions and offer recommendations for your situations and answer your questions using creative personalized strategies.
