Renewing Students

Thanks for your interest in renewing your CDCP Dementia Designation to remain a Certified Dementia Care Provider!
Yearly renewal is required in order to maintain your CDCP Dementia Designation and remain a member in good standing.
Annual Fee: $50/year plus applicable taxes
Like any Professional Designation, there is an annual membership fee. The first-year membership fee is included in the price of the CDCP™ Dementia Designation program. These membership fees are used to keep the materials current and to maintain the entire program.
Once you register, you will need to complete the Annual Case Study Assessment and agree once again to our CDCP Code of Professional Responsibility in order to obtain your updated CDCP Dementia Designation Certificate.
The Case Study link will be available for 1 month for you to complete the Annual Case Study but you have 1 full year membership in the program and to continue being a Certified Dementia Care Provider including being able to join the monthly Zoom Dementia Coaching and Connect sessions.
The Case Study should only take you about 20 minutes. You don’t need to complete the entire program again unless you want to refresh your skills.

You can receive 50% off ($25) your annual renewal fee for every successful student referral to the CDCP™ Dementia Designation Program. (“Successful referral” means the person that was referred, registered into the CDCP™ program.)

If you have referred (2) successful students in the CDCP program in the past year, then your annual renewal is FREE!
